Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest wyjaśnienie zjawiska radykalizacji i mobilizacji zagranicznych bojowników terrorystycznych (FTF, Foreign Terrorist Fighters) z Azi Środkowej walczących po 2011 r. na terytorium Syrii i Iraku. Autor stara się odpowiedzieć na trzy pytania: (1) Jaki jest poziom zagrożenia terrorystycznego w państwach Azji Środkowej? (2) Jakie są przyczyny mobilizacji FTF z Azji Środkowej? (3) Jakiego rodzaju zagrożenia kreują środkowoazjatyccy FTF po rozbiciu Państwa Islamskiego?
